Oppo K12 Presented: It’s Almost The Same As OnePlus Nord CE4
The presentation of the OPPO K12 smartphone took place in China. In terms of design and characteristics, the new product turned out to be an exact copy of the Indian OnePlus Nord CE4. The only differences lie in the internal design: according to the company itself, the body of the device has been significantly reinforced, thanks to which it can withstand falls from a small height and can offer IP54 splash protection.
The developers equipped the Oppo K12 with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display supporting a resolution of 2412×1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1100 cd/m². At the top of the screen there is a hole that houses a 16-megapixel front camera (f/2.4), which supports panoramic shooting. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the screen area.
The Oppo K12 is powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 microprocessor (one Cortex-A715 core with a frequency of up to 2.6 GHz, four Cortex-A715 cores with a frequency of up to 2.4 GHz and three Cortex-A510 cores with a frequency of up to 1. 8 GHz). An Adreno 720 accelerator is provided for graphics processing. The device will be available in versions with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and a 256 or 512 GB drive.
On the back, the Oppo K12 sports a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). It is complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera
The battery has a capacity of 5500 mAh and supports 100 Watt fast charging. According to OPPO, five minutes of charging should be enough to provide ten hours of talk time; The battery is fully charged in 27 minutes.
Oppo K12 with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB ROM costs about $260, the version with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB ROM will cost $290, and for the version with 12 GB RAM and 512 GB ROM you will have to pay $345.
