Sony Showed The First Gmeplay Of Spider-Man 2

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 was announced in September 2021 at the PlayStation Showcase 2021. No trailers have been released since. There was little news about the game, and now, almost two years later, Insomniac Games showed the first gameplay of Spider-Man 2.

The gameplay trailer was quite long, lasting 10 minutes. During this time, they showed two spiders at once – Peter Parker and Miles Morales – who are the main characters of the new game “Spider-Man 2”. It is worth noting that Peter Parker was dressed in a Venom symbiote costume, while Miles appeared in his usual spider costume.

In the presented trailer for the action Spider-Man 2, the superheroes demonstrated their new abilities, flew over the city, and also went in pursuit of the Lizard. It is worth noting that Peter Parker and Miles Morales have learned to soar over the city thanks to their new ability in the form of web wings. In addition to the gameplay, Sony also showed a cinematic trailer for the game “Spider-Man 2”, which introduced Kraven the hunter.  He will become one of the antagonists of the second part.

Spider-Man 2 is slated for release in Fall 2023.  Developers from Insomniac Games have not yet given more exact dates. Spider-Man 2 is being developed for the PlayStation 5 console.
