Redmi Turbo 3 Presented

Redmi today officially unveiled the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone. Initially, this model was supposed to be released as the Redmi Note 13 Turbo, but the difference in performance between the new product and the Redmi Note 12 Turbo turned out to be so significant that the company decided to rebrand. Marketers came up with an alternative name for Redmi Turbo 3: “Little Tornado”.

The Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2712 × 1220 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The panel supports 12-bit color depth, can display HDR10+ content and has a peak brightness of 2400 cd/m2. The new product received an under-screen fingerprint scanner, as well as a 20-megapixel front camera based on the OmniVision OV20B sensor with support for HDR and a 1080p@30/60fps shooting mode.

The new product is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor (one Cortex-X4 core with a frequency of 3.0 GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores with a frequency of 2.8 GHz, three Cortex-A520 cores with a frequency of 2.0 GHz and an Adreno 735 graphics core ). The smartphone will be available in configurations with 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 or 512 GB, as well as 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The rear camera block of the device includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 sensor 1/1.95″ in size with optical stabilization and f/1.59 optics, as well as an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor 1/4.0″ in size with f/2.2 wide-angle optics. The main camera claims support for shooting video in 4K at 60 frames per second, as well as support for slow motion shooting in 1080p up to 240 frames per second.

The battery capacity is 5000 mAh, it supports 90 W fast charging via wire. Autonomy, according to official data, is 1.37 days.
