Babyark Launches the World’s Safest Car Seat at the CES 2023
Babyark is a global brand focused on innovative technologies that improve the safety of children during various outdoor activities.
The company has announced the launch of the babyark convertible car seat at the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Constructed from anti-collision materials, babyark’s energy absorption technology is based on the high-strength steel SafeCoil™ shock absorbing system that gently slows the seat forward during a crash. Carbon fiber and D3O™, the world’s most advanced shock-absorbing polymer tested in extreme military environments, complete babyark’s security portfolio. In addition to the best materials, the Baybark Smart Seat uses IoT technology to provide caregivers with real-time guidance on the safety of child passengers at any time.
The built-in lighting system glows green when the seat is properly installed, and the smartphone app connects to the seat sensors to confirm correct buckle installation, placement and use. The app alerts drivers when they start driving without the seat being properly installed or restraints attached. It will also alert users if they accidentally leave a child in the car after parking, which can be deadly. “Every time a child is placed in a chair, he checks that he is sitting correctly and that the seat is installed correctly,” says Mindel.
