New EV Fisker Ronin Will Be Presented On August 3

Fisker announced with a teaser the debut of the new Ronin electric car on August 3 Fisker has only one model so far – the Ocean electric crossover, which has only recently begun to be shipped to dealers.

A sketch image of the car was published by the head of the company, Henrik Fisker. A laconic annotation under the image of a squat car in a spectacular red color said that the formal announcement was scheduled for August 3 this year. The electric car will be able to transport five people with a high level of comfort over a distance of up to 960 km without the need to recharge. Apparently, the specifics of the layout of electric vehicles gave the engineers enough freedom to provide space for five people inside. It is noted that the design of the car doors will provide ease of entry and exit, with which machines of this class often have problems.

If the actual range even approaches the declared 960 km, then the Fisker Ronin will be able to claim the title of the most “long-range” electric vehicle in the GT class. The mass-produced Lucid Air Dream Edition provides mileage on a single charge up to 832 km, and the second-generation Tesla Roadster, which is constantly postponing its debut, will also bring this figure closer to 1000 km. As noted earlier, the design of the Fisker Ronin involves the integration of a traction battery into the power structure of the body. By tradition, materials obtained by recycling and not implying the extermination of animals will be actively used in interior decoration. It was originally planned that mass production of the Fisker Ronin would begin in the second half of 2024, but such projects often face delays, so the timing will most likely be clarified at the August presentation in a few weeks.
