Gigabyte announced the launch of its flagship Aorus GeForce RTX 5090 Infinity 32G graphics card. The new card features a rather unusual cooling system. The card was first shown at CES 2026 earlier this year.
The Gigabyte card stands out primarily for its design. The new card looks very unique, and from a distance, it doesn’t even resemble a graphics card. Two large protrusions are visible, housing the main fans. They’re called Hawk Fans, but the manufacturer doesn’t specify their size. However, there are actually three fans: a third, smaller one, hidden between the two main ones, is designed not to blow air through the heatsinks, but to cool the vapor chamber directly, which contacts the GPU. This entire cooling system is called WindForce HyperBurst.

The cooling system also includes “superconducting” heat pipes and a vapor chamber. A high-performance composite metal grease serves as the thermal interface for the GPU. To improve cooling efficiency for critical components such as video memory and MOSFETs, a “server-grade thermal conductive gel with high deformability and non-flow properties is used, ensuring stable contact on uneven surfaces and long-term reliability.”

The Aorus GeForce RTX 5090 Infinity 32G measures 330 x 145 x 65 mm. It is equipped with one 12+4-pin 12V-2×6 power connector. The manufacturer recommends using a power supply with a minimum output of 1000 W. External connectors include three DisplayPort 2.1b and one HDMI 2.1b. The card comes with an adapter from four 8-pin PCIe connectors to one 12V-2×6, a stand, branded gloves, and a metal sticker.
The price of the graphics card has not been announced.
