OnePlus has officially unveiled the OnePlus Nord 6 smartphone. The new device is a true battery life monster, boasting a 9,000 mAh battery. It supports 80-watt fast charging and 27-watt reverse wired charging.

The OnePlus Nord 6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 platform. Gaming is a key focus for the device, with OnePlus highlighting support for 165 frames per second (FPS) in popular mobile games like BGMI, Call of Duty: Mobile, and Free Fire MAX. To support competitive gaming, OnePlus has integrated a suite of hardware it calls “Edge Tech.” These include:

  • a 3200Hz touch sampling rate for faster input registration;
  • an ultra-precise 6-axis gyroscope calibrated for highly responsive aiming (±4000°/s);
  • a custom-designed Touch Reflex chip and spatial sound enhancer for improved audiovisual feedback;

According to the manufacturer, the Nord 6 scored 2,503,854 points in the AnTuTu benchmark, which the company notes is significantly higher than competing devices under similar testing conditions.

The smartphone features a 6.78-inch Sunburst HDR AMOLED display with a resolution of 2772 × 1272 pixels and a refresh rate of up to 165 Hz. The display brightness in HDR mode is 1800 cd/m² (peak 3600 cd/m²). The screen supports 3840 Hz PWM dimming and a minimum brightness of 2 cd/m² for low-light conditions. The display also uses Aqua Touch 2.0 technology, allowing you to use it with wet fingers. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+. The smartphone itself is water and dust resistant to IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K standards. It also meets MIL-STD-810H military standards for drop resistance and environmental impacts.

The camera unit features a 50 MP main sensor (Sony LYTIA-600) with dual-axis optical image stabilization, and a 32 MP front camera with autofocus and 4K video support. The smartphone supports AI Eraser for removing unwanted objects from photos and AI Unblur for restoring clarity.
