Realme GT Neo6 Smartphone Introduced
Chinese Realme has released a new GT series smartphone. The Realme GT Neo6 device has an almost top-end processor and a display that is brighter than Apple’s flagships.
Realme GT Neo6 is based on the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor announced in March with a clock speed of up to 3 GHz, which is manufactured using a 4nm process technology. The amount of RAM LPDDR5X is 12 or 16 GB, the capacity of the UFS 4.0 flash drive is up to 1 TB.
The smartphone is equipped with a curved 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 1-120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 6000 cd/m2 when playing HDR content. The display is protected from damage by durable Gorilla Glass Victus 2. An under-screen fingerprint scanner is also reported.
At the back there is a dual camera of 50+8 megapixels, which has optical stabilization and is capable of shooting 4K video at 60 fps. The device also stands out with a 5500 mAh battery with 120 W fast charging – 50% in 10 minutes. The manufacturer assures that the battery will operate without critical loss of capacity for 4 years, that is, it will certainly outlive the smartphone.
Realme GT Neo6 comes in Green, Purple and Silver colors. Sales of the new product in China will begin on May 15. The price of Realme GT Neo6 with 12/256 GB of memory is about $290. The cost of the version with 16/256 GB of memory is $332, and the model with 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB storage capacity is $415.
