Sennheiser Introduces HD 505 Wired Headphones Priced at $250
The Sennheiser HD 505 is a headphone designed for those who want to take their audio experience to the next level, with a combination of precise sound, high detail and comfort, it provides real pleasure for all types of audio systems and gaming setups.
The developers equipped the HD 505 with 120 Ohm impedance drivers placed in open cups. The device reproduces audio in the frequency range from 12 to 38,500 Hz, and the harmonic distortion coefficient does not exceed 0.2%. Thanks to this, users can be sure of high sound detail. The headphones provide balanced sound with deep lows, clear mids and comfortable highs.
The HD 505’s exterior is based on the proven design of the HD 500, which is renowned for its lightweight fit and durability. Every component, from the synthetic leather headband to the metal outer panels, is built to last. The headphones are lightweight, weighing just 237g, so they don’t cause fatigue even after extended use.
Like virtually all 500 series headphones, a wide range of cables and ear pads – of varying lengths, applications and connector types – can be replaced by the user without tools. The modular design allows the HD 505 to be adapted to changing user settings over time.
