Google Opens Free Access To Gemini 1.5 Flash

Google has unveiled a new version of its generative AI, Gemini 1.5 Flash, with support for over 40 languages ​​and more than 230 countries. The software giant announced a significant improvement in the quality of the neural network.

Google has made it a priority to make the new Gemini as accessible as possible. The company has begun rolling out Gemini to Google Messages on Android devices in the European Economic Area (EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway), the UK, and Switzerland. Users can now communicate with Gemini in French, Polish, and Spanish. Google has expanded the availability of the Gemini mobile app to more regions and is aiming to engage teens aged 13 and over with AI tools.

Other changes include a context window increased to 32,000 tokens, and the ability to upload files via Google Drive.
