Elon Max Has Officially Become The Head Of Twitter

American billionaire Elon Musk officially headed Twitter after completing the deal to buy the company for $44 billion, CNBC reports. The company’s previous CEO, Parag Agrawal, and its CFO, Ned Segal, were fired and left Twitter’s headquarters in San Francisco.

Another of Musk’s first decisions as owner of the company was the dismissal of Vijaya Gadde, head of legal policy, trust and security.  It was she who made the decision to block the Twitter account of Donald Trump after the storming of the Capitol in January 2021.

The day before, Elon Musk published an appeal to Twitter advertisers, in which he tried to explain the reasons why he decided to purchase the microblogging service.

According to him, he decided on a deal “not because it was easy” and “not in order to earn more money.”  “I did this to try and help the humanity I love,” Musk wrote.
