SONY Is Going To Release Games For Smartphones

Sony, seeking to gain a foothold in the mobile gaming market, acquired Savage Game Studios. Savage Game Studios will be part of the new division of PlayStation Studios Mobile, which has also been introduced.

The company said in a statement that the young studio was bought with the aim of launching more games from PlayStation Studios on mobile platforms. “Our mobile gaming efforts will similarly complement each other by giving more people the opportunity to interact with our content,” Sony said.

The corporation also said that Savage Game Studios will join the newly formed division of PlayStation Studios Mobile, which will operate independently of the division for the development of titles for consoles. Savage Game Studios has stated that they are going to release a AAA action title for mobile devices and are currently working on the game.
