Acer has finally released its long-awaited Snapdragon C-powered laptop. The new model is priced lower than the MacBook Neo, while offering the same amount of RAM (8GB) and more ports, though Acer has made some concessions.
The Aspire Go 15 AG15-Q31P is positioned as an affordable alternative to the MacBook Neo. It features a 15.6-inch display with a Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon C processor includes an integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU and an entry-level neural processing unit (NPU) for processing AI applications. It has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash storage.
A 53 Wh battery provides battery life, which is recharged via a 65 W USB Type-C adapter.
The laptop features a full-size keyboard with a numeric keypad and dual speakers, as well as a Full HD webcam for video calls. Connectivity options include two full-function USB Type-C ports, a USB Type-A port, and an HDMI 1.4 port. Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are also included.

So far, the Acer Aspire Go 15 AG15-Q31P has only been spotted in the UK, and there’s no word yet on when the budget laptop will be available in North America and other markets.
