Shooter “La Quimera” from Former Metro Creators Released on PC in Early Access
Sci-fi shooter La Quimera was released on May 7 on PC in Steam Early Access. The developer is Reburn, a studio that employs some of the former creators of the Metro series.
Let us recall that La Quimera was supposed to go on sale on April 25 for PC at a price of $30, but the release was postponed at the last moment. The postponement was preceded by the publication of the first and, at the same time, devastating reviews of the game.

A week after the previous announcement, the starting version of La Quimera was unexpectedly released on Steam. The game costs the same $30 and is not available in the Russian segment. The release was accompanied by the gameplay trailer attached above. At the start of early access, La Quimera offers the first four levels of the story campaign with a “fully integrated narrative” and all gameplay mechanics, including co-op. There is no Russian language support.
The shooter received low ratings from foreign media outlets that had already managed to get acquainted with all the content. Earlier, journalists reported that the technical condition of the game was unsatisfactory, and it took them three hours to complete it.
