NASA Announces Its Own Streaming Platform

The American space agency NASA has announced the launch of the streaming video service NASA+. The platform will go live “later this year.” There will be live broadcasts of the space agency and original content that has not been shown anywhere before.

There will be no ads or subscription fees on the platform. Streaming is available to everyone on various devices in the official application for iOS and Android.

“NASA+ is ad-free, completely free and suitable for the whole family. It will feature NASA’s Emmy award-winning live streams and new original video series.» – says in the description of the video.

As all new digital platforms go live, NASA will continue to connect additional agency websites and media libraries to them to continuously streamline information sharing between centers, missions, and programs. By expanding its digital footprint, NASA will share information about science, research, discovery and innovation with the world through a single platform.
