LG Unveils New Gram Pro 2025 Laptops with Intel Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake Processors
LG has introduced a new generation of ultra-light Gram Pro 2025 laptops, which received Intel Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake-H processors. The lineup includes four models: the more affordable LG Gram Book, as well as two more powerful ones – Gram Pro 16, Gram Pro 17 and Gram Pro 2-in-1.
The larger LG Gram Pro laptops with a 17-inch display and a hybrid device with a 16-inch display, as noted by The Verge, will be equipped with Intel Arrow Lake processors. In both sizes, the LG Gram Pro laptop will offer a display with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels, up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 2 TB of solid-state memory, implemented in the form of an SSD drive with the fourth-generation NVMe protocol. The larger 17-inch LG Gram Pro laptop also relies on a discrete Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 graphics processor. Both 16-inch devices in this family will be content with integrated Intel Arc graphics. LG Gram Chat On-Device, a proprietary chatbot that uses a derivative form of the EXAONE large language model, will be able to process user requests without an external network connection. For example, the Time Travel function will allow you to quickly find those documents that the user has recently worked with on the laptop.
All models support up to 32GB of RAM, two M.2 SSDs, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A, and HDMI 2.1. A 1080p camera with facial recognition for Windows login is also standard.
Pricing and availability for the new lineup will be announced at CES in January 2025.
