Dell Showed A Laptop That Can Be Disassembled In Seconds

Dell introduced the Concept Luna, a prototype of a promising modular laptop. It doesn’t have flexible screen or large touch display instead of a keyboard, on the contrary, the device has a completely standard appearance.

Concept Luna consists of modules that are connected to each other without screws, everything is exclusively on latches.

Neither screwdrivers nor any additional tools are needed to disassemble the Concept Luna. You can disassemble the device into elements in 30 seconds. The same applies to the cooling system, and even the screen matrix. That is, for example, if the display breaks, the user will be able to replace it independently and very quickly.

So far, the device is only a concept and is called the Concept Luna. According to brand representatives, the company’s engineers tried to realize in it their vision of an environmentally friendly laptop of the future.

First of all, concern for the environment will manifest itself in the absence of the need to constantly dispose of an old laptop, buying a new one to replace it. With Concept Luna, it will be possible to replace individual components.
