Amazon Launched A Text Consultation Service With Doctors 

The American corporation Amazon introduced the Amazon Clinic service, which allows you to consult with medical professionals about common diseases and receive prescriptions from them via chat. Customers have the option to choose from one of Amazon’s telemedicine providers.

In particular, Amazon Clinic users will be able to consult about acne, hair loss, reflux, conjunctivitis, sinusitis, and urinary tract infections. In addition, the service offers the possibility of extending the validity of prescriptions for the treatment of diseases such as asthma, hypertension and migraine.

Amazon Clinic does not currently accept insurance, and you can pay for services with an FSA or HSA debit card.  Clients pay a fixed fee in advance, the amount of which is determined by the health status of the applicant.

Amazon Clinic is available in 32 US states, and the company expects to expand its presence to other US regions in the coming months.
