Acer Unveils The Aspire Vero 15 Eco-Friendly Laptop
Acer has introduced a new laptop in the Vero series with an “environmentally friendly” design – it actively uses recycled plastic.
The new notebook completes the Acer Aspire Vero product line with a 15.6-inch model. The laptop chassis is made using a high proportion of recycled plastics (30-40%) and differs from previous models in new eco-friendly finishes without the use of varnish and volatile substances. The novelty is made in a gray-green “earth” scale. The device is equipped with the usual OceanGlass trackpad for this line, made using plastic caught from the ocean.
The Vero 15 also targets the enterprise PC market with a 1440p webcam with Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice technologies for the ultimate online experience. The laptop is equipped with a Wi-Fi 6E wireless network adapter, is built on the Intel Raptor Lake platform and offers a 15.6-inch FHD display with 100% sRGB color space coverage. The built-in Intel Xe graphics adapter is responsible for displaying the image.
The novelty will be on sale in July 2023 at a price of $930.
