Gigabyte Gaming A16 Laptop Is Now Available For Purchase

Gigabyte announced the availability of its new Gigabyte Gaming A16 laptop, featuring an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 series GPU for laptops with a maximum TGP of up to 115W, and a brighter 16-inch WQXGA display. This new configuration, powered by this powerful hardware platform, is designed for gamers who demand high performance in a compact design.
The Gaming A16 features a 16-inch IPS display with a 2560 x 1600 resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It supports a 165Hz refresh rate and 3ms response time, provides 100% sRGB color gamut coverage, and a maximum brightness of 500 cd/m².
Component cooling is handled by the WindForce Infinity EX system with two Frost Fans, each equipped with 134 blades. The design utilizes 3D VortX airflow shaping technology, dual-sided air intake, and four exhaust ducts. Additionally, the Icy Touch design maintains a comfortable palm rest temperature during extended use.
At the same time, the Gaming A16 maintains a relatively compact footprint for a gaming laptop: it’s 19.45 mm thick and weighs 2.2 kg. It features a 76 Wh battery, providing up to 14 hours of battery life, and a 180-degree hinge. It features a Golden Curve keyboard with enlarged keys and 1.7 mm of travel. Dolby Atmos audio is provided.
The Gaming A16 laptop also features the GiMATE AI assistant, which uses AI for system management and optimization.
The built-in Large Language Model (LLM) enables local AI operation, helping to preserve user privacy, while G-Cell technology automatically adapts hardware settings to different usage scenarios. GIMATE Creator and GiMATE Coder allow image generation and coding based on local AI models.
