Realme has unveiled the mid-range P4 Pro 5G smartphone, which packs a massive 7,000mAh battery into a slim 7.68mm body.
The screen is clearly the main element. It has a 6.8-inch OLED with a resolution of 1.5K, a frequency of 144 Hz and a peak brightness of 6500 nits. Gorilla Glass 7i is used for protection, PWM dimming reaches 4608 Hz. The result is a display with a reserve not only for indoors, but also for direct sunlight, although for an inexpensive model such figures seem excessive.
The hardware is based on Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, a maximum of 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The battery has a capacity of 7000 mAh, which is not bad, but coupled with a thin case, it may raise questions about heating. Charging is wired, 80 W.
The cameras are standard: the main module is 50 MP and ultra-wide at 8 MP, the front camera is also 50 MP. The set of options includes stereo speakers, an IR port, a fingerprint scanner in the display, two nanoSIM, Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 6. Colors – Birch Wood, Dark Oak Wood and Midnight Ivy

The Realme P4 Pro 5G will cost around $287 for the 8/128GB version. Sales will start on August 27.
