“Sacred 2” Remaster Announced

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer SparklingBit have announced a remaster of the fantasy action RPG Sacred 2: Fallen Angel. The debut trailer was shown as part of the THQ Nordic Digital Showcase 2025 broadcast.
Gamers will have to save Ancaria from a mysterious energy that causes chaos and destruction. There are six heroes with different destinies and abilities to choose from. The developers are confident that Sacred 2 Remaster will be equally enjoyed by both series experts and newcomers thanks to a number of improvements.
Among the latter are redesigned graphics, a modern interface, smoother and more responsive battles, full gamepad support and much more. The re-release includes an updated version of the main game along with all the add-ons. A project page has already appeared on Steam.
Sacred 2 Remaster will be released in Q4 2025 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S. The PC version will be compatible with Xbox controllers.
