Xiaomi Unveils Redmi K100 Pro And K100 Pro Max Smartphones

Xiaomi officially unveiled the Redmi K100 Pro and K100 Pro Max smartphones in China. Both feature flagship Qualcomm processors, high-refresh-rate OLED displays, capacious batteries, and 200-megapixel main cameras.
The Redmi K100 Pro smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5V processor with discrete Xiaomi D2 graphics and a T1+ signal booster chip. It features up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.1 flash storage. A cooling system with a circulation pump and a 5150 mm2 vapor chamber provides heat dissipation.
The smartphone features a 6.59-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2510 × 1156 pixels, a refresh rate of 185 Hz, and a brightness of up to 2200 cd/m2. It also supports DC Dimming.
The smartphone’s rear panel features a 200-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), complemented by a 50-megapixel telephoto lens and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The front-facing camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels.
Power comes courtesy of an 8,580 mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. It also supports reverse charging at 27W via a cable and 22.5W via air. IP66/IP68/IP69 protection and HyperOS 3.0 are also included out of the box.
The Redmi K100 Pro smartphone is available in four colors: black, white, shimmering light, and red (Cabernet Sauvignon).
The Redmi K100 Pro Max is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor with LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.1 storage. The smartphone also features a larger 6300 mm2 vapor chamber cooling system.
The Redmi K100 Pro Max’s camera system includes a 200-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
The 9070 mAh battery with 16% silicon content supports 100W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, 27W wired reverse charging, and 22.5W wireless reverse charging. The device’s specifications also include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and IP66, IP68, and IP69 water and dust resistance.
The Redmi K100 Pro Max measures 8.45 mm thick and weighs 238 g. The smartphone is available in black, gold, blue, and red.
The Redmi K100 Pro starts at 3,699 yuan, while the Redmi K100 Pro Max starts at 4,499 yuan. Sales in China have already begun.
