Vivo V30 Smartphone Presented: Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 Processor And Three 50-Megapixel Cameras

The Chinese brand vivo has pleased fans of thin and light camera phones with a new model called V30. The smartphone uses the capabilities of the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip to improve the quality of shooting.

The developers equipped the Vivo V30 with a large 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with support for a resolution of 2800 × 1260 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 2800 cd/m². A fingerprint scanner is integrated into the display area. At the top of the screen there is a circular cutout that houses a 50-megapixel front camera.

The main camera is housed in a rectangular module on the back of the case. It combines an OmniVision OV50E sensor (1/1.55″, f/1.9) with a resolution of 50 megapixels and support for optical stabilization and a 50 megapixel wide-angle module with autofocus. Supports 4K video shooting at 30 frames per second.

A 5000 mAh battery with 80-watt charging and a case thickness of 7.5 mm. Vivo says it will support the smartphone for 50 months, but there are no details on how much of that time the V30 will receive Android updates and how much will be just security updates.

Vivo V30 will go on sale in February. The minimum recommended price for a smartphone will be approximately $320. The device will be available in four colors: Bloom White, Waving Aqua, Lush Green and Noble Black.
