‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ Is Coming Back
Back in January, streaming service Paramount+ reminded viewers that there is a charming animated series called The Lower Decks in the Star Trek universe. Then it was reported that the premiere of the third season would take place in the summer, but now the exact date has become known – the heroes of the show will return to the screens on August 25.
When the animated series, created by two-time Emmy winner Mike McMahan, returns with new episodes, the Cerritos maintenance crew will face challenges they never imagined. In addition, the show team promises to show the shocking denouement of the cliffhanger, which ended the second season.
Other details of the upcoming episodes, unfortunately, have not been reported, but Paramount + has shown a space promo of the third season, which is sure to make fans of the franchise associate with the Star Trek 3: The Search for Spock movie poster.
