German brand Sennheiser has introduced ACCENTUM Clip, new wireless earbuds with an open-back design. They allow you to listen to high-quality music while maintaining full connection with your surroundings, without the need for electronic transparency modes.
The Sennheiser Accentum Clip truly wireless headphones feature 12mm drivers that deliver “clear, powerful bass, and smooth highs.” At low volumes, the sound can be adjusted using the Sennheiser Smart Control Plus app, which features a five-band equalizer, the ability to share presets, and a Sound Check tool to help you find the perfect setting. The driver geometry and damping design, according to the manufacturer, keep sound within the ear canal rather than projecting it outward.

Like most clip-on headphones, the Sennheiser Accentum Clip features a flexible silicone headband that wraps around the ear. Each earbud weighs 6.8 grams, which, according to the manufacturer, is equivalent to a hotel room key card and its cover. Touch controls allow you to adjust volume, playback, and call settings; the design is IP54 dust- and sweat-resistant. A full charge provides nine hours of playtime, with the battery remaining for three more cycles.

Unlike ANC headphones, the ACCENTUM Clip doesn’t block out external sounds, but rather allows them to be heard naturally. This makes it ideal for those who don’t want to completely shut out their surroundings.
