Netcraze has unveiled the Giga NC-1013, a new multi-gigabit internet hub featuring Wi-Fi 7, high-speed Ethernet connectivity and support for 10-gigabit optical networking. The device represents the seventh generation of the company’s Giga series, bringing upgraded hardware to home and small-office networks.
Wi-Fi 7 and Multi-Gigabit Connectivity
The Netcraze Giga NC-1013 is powered by a dual-core processor running at 2 GHz. According to the manufacturer’s laboratory tests, its processing performance is approximately 25–30% higher than that of its predecessor, the NC-1012.
The router supports dual-band Wi-Fi 7 with a BE3600 speed rating, offering a theoretical combined wireless rate of up to 3,600 Mbps. This makes it suitable for bandwidth-intensive activities, including 4K streaming, online gaming and connecting multiple devices simultaneously.
On the wired side, the device includes five 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports and a separate SFP+ slot supporting connections of up to 10 Gbps. USB 3.2 and USB 2.0 ports provide additional connectivity for external storage and compatible peripherals.
Designed for Modern Home Networks
One of the key features of the NC-1013 is its flexible port configuration. Users can assign WAN or LAN roles to the Ethernet ports according to their network requirements, making the device adaptable to different internet connections and local network setups.
The router also supports data transfer through secure network tunnels at reported rates of 500–750 Mbps, depending on the configuration and workload.
Price and Availability
The Netcraze Giga NC-1013 has a listed price of 18,990 Russian rubles on the manufacturer’s official store. At launch, the product was listed for preorder rather than immediate purchase.
With Wi-Fi 7, multi-gigabit Ethernet and a 10-gigabit SFP+ interface, the new Giga targets users seeking greater flexibility and faster local networking without moving to enterprise-grade equipment.
