Microsoft’s Xbox Mastercard Exclusively Earns Game Discounts
Microsoft has introduced the Xbox Mastercard credit card. Its owners will be able to earn points for purchases, which they can then spend on Xbox games and other digital goods (for example, a Netflix subscription).
Users can earn 5,000 points on their first purchase with an Xbox Mastercard, followed by a point for every dollar spent. Purchases from the Microsoft Store and partner services will earn you additional points, which can then be redeemed for discounts (100 points = $1).
The Xbox Mastercard will be available to a limited number of US gamers starting September 21st. By the end of 2023, all residents of the United States will be able to receive a credit card from Microsoft. It is not yet clear whether the credit card will be available in other countries.
