Apple unveiled the flagship iPhone 16 Pro smartphone at its presentation after the announcement of the standard iPhone 16.

The company’s new flagship smartphones have slightly larger screens: 6.3 inches for the iPhone 16 Pro and 6.9 inches for the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which is 0.2 inches larger than the 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches for the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, respectively. The bodies of the new products are again made of titanium. It comes in four colors: black, white, gray, and the new “desert titanium.” Like the basic iPhone 16, the new iPhone Pros now have a Camera Control button.

The main difference of the iPhone 16 Pro is the camera system, which includes three modules instead of the usual two. A new main 48-megapixel Fusion Camera is announced, it takes ProRAW photos twice as fast. In addition, a new 48 MP ultra-wide-angle camera has appeared, which has really been a long-awaited thing. The telephoto camera retained the 12 MP resolution, but received a 5x zoom in the iPhone 16 Pro, as in the iPhone 16 Pro Max. In other words, everything is as the insiders reported.

The iPhone 16 Pro lineup features the A18 Pro chip with a 16-core Neural Engine, which the company says delivers “amazing performance” for Apple Intelligence features, including 15 percent faster processing than the iPhone 15 Pro. Graphics performance is also improved, with a six-core GPU that’s 20 percent faster than the A17 Pro chip in the iPhone 15 Pro.

The iPhone 16 Pro has received studio-grade microphones, and along with them, an updated voice recorder. Now you can record several different tracks over the main one, and the smartphone has also learned to record spatial audio.
