Insta360 Introduced Action Cameras Ace And Ace Pro
Insta360 has introduced two new products in its series of branded action cameras – Ace and Ace Pro. The new products borrow the design of GoPro’s popular Hero series, but an important change is the ability to raise the 2.4-inch touch screen on the rear panel for easy vlogging.
The base version of the camera is equipped with a more compact 1/2-inch sensor that supports recording in resolutions up to 6K (6144 × 3456 pixels) at up to 30 frames per second – while both models shoot high-speed 4K video at 120 fps and photos at 48-megapixel resolution. On board the cameras there are also accelerators of artificial intelligence algorithms produced using 5 nm technology – this is useful, for example, for the PureVideo function, which helps improve the quality of shooting due to real-time noise reduction. The older model can also take detailed pictures at night and supports Active HDR during the day.
The Insta360 Ace is designed with a 2.4-inch diagonal flip-out main screen, not very suitable for an action camera, but convenient enough to film yourself. You can start video recording with a gesture command.
The built-in AI assistant allows you to extract the most dynamic moments from the recording, eliminating the need to transfer the entire file; AI Warp function allows you to apply various effects when editing.
The cost of the basic version of Insta360 Ace is $379.99, and for the flagship version with the Ace Pro index you will have to pay $449.99.
