Audi Unveils The Most Powerful E-car Ever – RS E-Tron GT Performance
Audi unveils the most powerful electric car ever, the RS E-Tron GT Performance. This electric car, superior in performance to all previous Audi models, accelerates to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.5 seconds.
The Audi E-Tron GT has the ability to quickly replenish the charge of the traction battery, and the capacity of the latter has also been increased from 84 to 97 kWh. In the S E-Tron GT version, the updated Audi is capable of covering about 605 km without recharging according to the conventional WLTP cycle. The maximum power of the charging station has been increased from 270 to 320 kW, which ideally allows you to replenish a range of 278 km in ten minutes. It was possible to reduce the weight of not only the rear electric motor, but also the traction battery by almost ten kilograms. At the same time, the car began to replenish more energy through recuperation during braking – the maximum received power increased from 290 to 400 kW.
The exterior of the Audi E-Tron GT retains its futuristic styling, with 21-inch forged wheels inspired by the 1991 Audi Avus Quattro concept. Inside, the RS E-Tron GT Performance’s digital instrument panel is finished in white, reminiscent of the 1994 RS2 Avant.
