Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition Designer Smartphone Unveiled

Tecno has unveiled a special version of the Pova 8 Pro 5G created in collaboration with Tonino Lamborghini.
This joint project is more than just a Lamborghini logo on the device’s body. The concept behind the new product is built on four core principles: power, precision, uniqueness, and bold self-expression. Black and red dominate the smartphone’s design, with a dark base complemented by energetic red accents. The central “Pulse Line” on the back panel symbolizes the flow of energy, movement, and engineering ingenuity. It is framed by the “Signature Shield” pattern—a nod to the Tonino Lamborghini shield emblem, as well as to mechanical geometry and automotive design.
Tecno opted for a sophisticated dual-layer back panel design rather than a standard flat print. The first layer of the Tecno Pova 8 Pro 5G Tonino Lamborghini Limited Edition undergoes a special treatment that enhances brightness and reflectivity while adding depth and clarity to the image. The second layer incorporates unique internal mirror structures that reveal hidden red elements as the viewing angle changes. The multi-level layering creates a sense of depth, evoking the look of mechanical components, cooling systems, and honeycomb grilles. The manufacturing process was refined over several months, requiring the careful selection of coatings and inks, as well as the fine-tuning of processing techniques through close collaboration between the two brands.
The icon design combines black and red hues with a glass-like effect, replacing smooth, rounded shapes with sharp, geometric outlines. The “Alive Matrix” display on the back panel shows Tonino Lamborghini’s signature “L” symbol, which activates when the device is turned on, unlocked, or navigated.
The package also includes a braided cable, a dedicated charger, and a protective case made of TPU and PC, featuring elements reminiscent of carbon fiber and Kevlar.
