Xiaomi Watch S3 With Interchangeable Bezel And eSIM Presented
As part of a large presentation in China, Xiaomi presented not only flagship smartphones with HyperOS, but also a watch – Watch S3, which also belongs to the updated ecosystem. The main feature of the device is the interchangeable bezels, which can be changed along with the straps and dials, completely updating the appearance of the accessory. The base of the metal case can be dark or light.
Xiaomi Watch S3 features a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with thin bezels. The display supports 8-bit color, a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a peak brightness of 600 cd/m2. The pixel density is 326 PPI. Xiaomi Watch S3 supports many health monitoring functions, allowing you to track sleep, heart rate, stress levels and many other indicators of the owner. More than 150 sports modes are available to the user, covering a wide range of scenarios, including outdoor activities, skiing, ball games and dancing.
Xiaomi Watch S3 runs on the HyperOS operating system, which the company calls a “human-centric smart ecosystem for people, cars and home” focused on “low-level refactoring, intelligent connectivity, proactive intelligence and end-to-end security.” The new OS is also said to unify the software architecture of MIUI, Vela, Mina and Car OS, providing users with a smoother and more convenient experience.
The base Watch S3 model is priced at 799 yuan ($110), while the eSIM model costs 999 yuan ($136).
