Swedish Development Team Announced The Stealth Game “Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream”
One of the central events of the Future Games Show event was the premiere of the stealth adventure Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream.
The game is being developed by the River End Games studio, which includes a team of experienced developers from Sweden. At one time, employees of the new company were responsible for the AAA titles Battlefield and Mirror’s Edge.
The gameplay of Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is based on the need to explore a large city in a campaign of three dissimilar characters with unique abilities. The gamer will have to constantly choose which of his charges should be entrusted with a new area, solve a riddle or bypass enemies.
The events of the game will take place in Eriksholm, a large northern city created in the surroundings of Scandinavia at the beginning of the last century. The main character of the game, Hannah, goes in search of her missing brother, whose disappearance sets off a chain of tragic events that, as the developers say, “will forever change the lives of the heroes and the fate of the entire city.”
Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream will be released on PC, PlayStation and Xbox in 2025.
