Nexon Releases Trailer for The First Descendant Season 1

NEXON has released a gameplay trailer for the first season of the looter shooter The First Descendant and announced its release date. The Valgus “invasion” will begin on August 29, 2024. The update will bring new dungeons, quests, equipment, and the Descendant Hailey, who specializes in sniper weapons.

In the latest video, the authors showed a snow biome, a set of unique enemies, and a new operative. Sniper Haley, who made a name for herself from the first seconds of the trailer (gamers especially noted this in the comments), will use skills tied to the element of ice in battle. The authors themselves call their project a “cooperative role-playing shooter of the new generation.” It has high-tech graphics based on the Unreal Engine 5 engine, endless shootouts, participation in cooperative runs to battle bosses, resource collection, equipment upgrades, and much more.

Each season in The First Descendant will last for three months. In addition to new content, seasons will change the balance and offer various innovations in terms of gameplay.
