Netflix Impresses Fans With New Clip From «Arcane» Season 2, Finally Reveals Show’s Release Date

Netflix has revealed the release date and a new clip for Arcane Season 2, featuring Vi dealing with her emotions as best she can. Season 2 will be the show’s final season and, like Season 1, will be split into three acts, one per week.

Recall that the sequel to Arcane was officially confirmed shortly after the end of the first season (a little less than three years ago) and until recently was expected to premiere during November 2024. As it became known, following the first season of Arcane, the second will also be released on Netflix in parts: the first act will be released on November 9, the second on the 16th, and the final third on the 23rd. Details of each chapter will be revealed later.

To coincide with the announcement, Netflix also showed a new clip from Arcane’s second season – the two-and-a-half-minute clip is titled “Nothing to Lose” and shows Vi at a less than happy point in her life.

In June of this year, Netflix announced that Arcane, which was a breakout hit for the service when it debuted in 2021, would end with a second season. Series creators Christian Linke and Alex Yee said they had other ideas for the League of Legends universe. 

As a reminder, the first act of the second season of the series “Arkane” will appear on Netflix on November 9, 2024.
