Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 5 Gaming Tablet Unveiled

Lenovo unveiled the Legion Tab Gen 5 gaming tablet at MWC 2026. It boasts a cutting-edge processor, ample RAM, a high-quality high-resolution display, a capacious battery, and an efficient cooling system.
The new tablet features an 8.8-inch diagonal screen, making it still a relatively compact tablet. The IPS screen offers a 3K resolution and supports a refresh rate of 165 Hz.
The top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC is paired with 16 GB of LPDDR5X-10667 memory, making it one of the fastest memory options available in mobile devices.
It also features up to 512 GB of flash storage and a large 9,000 mAh battery. The company particularly emphasizes the Legion Coldfront Vapor chamber.
Thanks to its dimensions, the tablet is quite lightweight, weighing only 360g. It also has two USB-C ports, allowing for simultaneous charging and connection of peripherals. Dimensions are 207 x 129 x 7.6mm. Both cameras have a resolution of 50MP. The tablet also offers Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0.
The Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 5 tablet will be available in Eclipse Black, Glacier White, and Surge (presumably green) and will be available in May 2026 for $849.
