HBO Released The First Teaser Trailer For The Second Season Of “The Last of Us”
HBO has shown a teaser for the sequel to The Last of Us, a series based on the popular computer game The Last of Us. The trailer is short, but it already shows discrepancies with the original source.
The first look at The Last of Us season 2 was included in a two-minute trailer for the upcoming HBO television shows, scheduled for the rest of 2024 and 2025. The teaser for the show is 23 seconds long and features footage of Kaitlyn Dever’s Abby, Isabela Merced as Dina, and Jeffrey Wright, who reprises his role as Isaac from the game.
“I saved her,” insists smuggler Joel, played by Pedro Pascal, in the teaser when asked what he did to Ellie, still played by Bella Ramsey in season two.
The second season is scheduled to premiere in 2025. There is no exact date yet.
