Expanded Lineup Of Samsung OLED TVs
Samsung is expanding its lineup of quantum dot OLED TVs with the addition of the more affordable S90C family.
Buyers will have to settle for a simplified sound system with object tracking. Also, unlike the S95C, the TV cannot be mounted flush with a wall. But you can still count on crisp QD-OLED imaging, AI-powered HDR display, Dolby Atmos audio, and sync with Samsung soundbars.
The S90C starts at $1,899 for the 55-inch model and goes up to $3,599 for the 77-inch version.
In addition to the already shipping $4,499 77-inch model, Samsung is adding more reasonable 55-inch ($2,499) and 65-inch ($3,299) models. These prices are higher than last year’s models, but are in line with the prices of the LG G3 line. Samsung claims a slightly increased brightness of up to 2000 nits and a 144Hz refresh rate for compatible PC games.
