“Clockwork Revolution” Unveiled: New RPG From the Creators of the Wasteland Series

One of the main announcements at the Xbox Games Showcase was Clockwork Revolution. This is a time travel role-playing game from inXile Entertainment. At the presentation, the audience was shown an intriguing trailer with battles and a marvelous steampunk world.

In Microsoft’s Xbox Wire, nXile Entertainment CEO Brian Fargo says it will be “a fantastic first-person action RPG with fast-paced, time-varying combat, deeply interconnected RPG systems, and the ability to create your own unique character from scratch.” The post also contains some details about the game’s story, which sounds like it could be a mind-bending story.

Development is led by Game Director Chad Moore and Lead Designer Jason Anderson, who are behind the creation of the legendary Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura.

Clockwork Revolution is coming to PC and Xbox Series, and will be coming to Game Pass from day one.
