Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Officially Unveiled: First Shown At Xbox Games Showcase

As reported by Video Games Chronicle, an advertisement for the upcoming Activision and Treyarch release appeared in today’s issue of USA Today, May 23, and reveals the full name of the new Call of Duty.

It was assumed that Call of Duty, announced for 2024, would become part of the Black Ops subseries and would receive one of two subtitles: either Black Ops Gulf War or Black Ops 6. As it turned out, Activision chose the second option.

A new issue of USA Today has officially confirmed that the next game in the series of military shooters from Activision will be called Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The newspaper also shows the project logo – an orange Cerberus.

The three-headed dog and the slogan “The Truth Lies” appear in all Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 teasers available on The Truth Lies website – three of the six videos have now been opened on the portal.

Also, the official disclosure of the name of the new part of Call of Duty says that the project will be shown for the first time at the Xbox Games Showcase – June 9 at 20:00 Moscow time. The Black Ops 6 Direct will take place right after the show.
