Apple Started Releasing A New Generation AirPods

According to Bloomberg, Apple’s Asian contractors have already begun production of the new generation AirPods wireless headphones, which will be launched on the market in two versions by September or October of this year.

The new AirPods will be designed to replace their second and third generation predecessors, they will be offered in two versions: B768(E) for the entry-level price range and B768(M) for the mid-range price range. The latter will support active noise reduction technology, and will also be equipped with compact speakers on the case for the Find My function, which makes it easier to search for forgotten headphones placed in this case by sound. In addition to a more ergonomic design, the new generation AirPods will have a USB-C charging port on the case, which is quite natural given the new legal requirements in certain regions where Apple products are present.

The iOS 18 operating system will give AirPods the capabilities of a hearing aid, allowing people with hearing impairments to better hear others.

The AirPods 4 are expected to launch in the fall alongside the release of the iPhone 16. An updated AirPods Max model with a USB-C charging port is also slated to release later this year.
