Apple Fitness+ Will Be Available To All iPhone Users In 21 Countries
Apple has officially confirmed that Fitness+ will be available to non-Apple Watch users. Any iPhone updated to iOS 16 will work with it.
This is true for 21 countries where Fitness+ is currently available.
iPhone users will have access to a full service of over 3,000 studio exercises and meditations led by a diverse and comprehensive team of trainers. Fitness+ users will see trainer instructions and interval times on screen, and calculated calories burned will be used to make progress on their movement cycle. Fitness+ will be fully integrated with the Fitness app that comes with iOS 16 and is located in the middle tab, where users can stay motivated to close their Move ring with prizes, action sharing and more. Users You just need an iPhone to sign up and then you can try Fitness+ on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
Fitness+ users using Apple Watch can continue to take their motivation to the next level with personalized, real-time metrics on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, plus the ability to experience Walk Time, Run Time, and Meditate using just an Apple Watch paired with AirPods or other Bluetooth-enabled headphones.
