New Cinematic Trailer For ‘Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4’

Publisher Deep Silver and developers from the German studio King Art Games (Iron Harvest) have unveiled a cinematic trailer for the third of four factions in the ambitious strategy game Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4 – the Necrons.
The immortal Necrons traded their mortal bodies for mechanical superiority, paying with their souls. After a 60-million-year slumber, they awakened to reclaim their ancient domains.
The trailer begins with Tothmek, a powerful Necron chronomancer, observing the brutal conflict on Kronus from orbit, where Space Marines and Orks battle for supremacy. Looking down on the planet with cold disdain, Tothmek laments how the Necron tombs were desecrated and destroyed during his people’s long slumber, while lesser races overrun the once sacred world of the ancient dynasties.
Endless ranks of Necron warriors rise in unison alongside towering Triarch Stalkers, swarming Canoptek Scarabs and imposing Lych Guards, gathering into a vast army of living metal.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4 will be released on September 17th on PC. It promises a return to the RTS’s roots, an epic storyline, a 70-mission campaign, and unprecedented close-quarters combat.
