Xiaomi Unveils 5G Smartphone Redmi A4 With Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 Chipset
The Chinese company Xiaomi has officially unveiled a new smartphone under the Redmi brand – a budget entry-level device with support for fifth-generation networks called Redmi A4 5G.
This is an entry-level 5G smartphone that runs on a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chipset with 8 cores and a 4nm processor.
The smartphone has a 6.88-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5160mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, and a 50MP main camera for quality photos. It runs on Android 14 with HyperOS interface and promises two major OS updates.
The Redmi A4 5G also has IP52 water and dust resistance and supports microSD cards up to 1TB.
Buyers will be able to choose between black and light purple color options for the case. The cost of the smartphone with 64 GB of memory will be about $ 100, and for the version with a 128 GB drive it will cost $ 112.
