Xiaomi Introduced Redmi K70E
In addition to Redmi K70, Redmi K70 Pro and Redmi K70 Pro Champion Edition, Xiaomi today presented the junior model in the “anniversary” series Redmi K70 in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Redmi brand. As expected, it was Redmi K70E.
Redmi K70E is equipped with a 6.67-inch (2712 × 1220 pixels) OLED display with 12-bit color depth, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120 Hz refresh rate, peak brightness up to 1800 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. The sensor polling frequency is 1920 Hz, PWM brightness control operates at a frequency of 3840 Hz. The fingerprint sensor is hidden under the display.
The octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra processor has a frequency of up to 3.35 GHz, is manufactured using a 4nm process technology and has an Arm Mali-G615 MC6 GPU. The new product has 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and the size of the internal storage standard UFS 4.0 can reach 1 TB. The smartphone has a glass back like its older siblings, but the frame around the display is made of plastic, unlike the metal frame in other Redmi K70 series phones.
Redmi K70E is equipped with a 5500 mAh battery with support for 90 W charging.
The model will be available for purchase at prices ranging from $280 to $370.
