The Show About Baby Groot From The Guardians Of The Galaxy Starts On August 10
Marvel has published the first poster and announced the release date of I Am Groot, a collection of short films about baby Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy team. The first episode will air on August 10 on Disney+. It is not yet known exactly how many short films will be included in the collection and how long they will have.
Set between Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Avengers: Infinity War, Vin Diesel will return to voice the character. It’s unclear if the show will feature other Marvel heroes, or if it’ll be all about Groot’s adventures.
Recall that the Guardians of the Galaxy team can be seen in Thor: Love and Thunder, which will premiere on July 6. At the end of 2022, a Christmas episode with beloved heroes will be released, and in May next year, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is expected, which will be the last film with the current superhero team.
