The 2nd Part of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake Releases in Early 2024

At the Summer Game Fest, Square Enix showed a gameplay trailer for the second part of the Final Fantasy VII remake, titled Rebirth.  The developers showed beautiful open locations, familiar heroes and battles.

The developer did not go into details, but this is not the first message about the planned changes in the combat system. The pages of the Final Fantasy VII Remake Ultimania guidebook also mentioned that the authors will try to give satellites more autonomy in battle.

In particular, the task is to create a system capable of “surpassing” the mechanics of gambits from Final Fantasy XII, which, we recall, made it possible to program the behavior of party members in an accessible and understandable way, setting them contextual behavior models from a list of pre-formed commands.

It also became known that the game will be released in early 2024. The remake will be released on two discs.
