Powerful ZTE Axon 60 Ultra With Satellite Connectivity Introduced

ZTE introduced a new product in China with flagship characteristics Axon 60 Ultra. The smartphone supports several Chinese satellite communication systems, including Tiantong. With their help, he is able to make and receive calls, as well as send text messages in places inaccessible to the standard network.

The Axon 60 Ultra features a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. On the back of the device there is a main camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels and optical stabilization, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a macro lens, the characteristics of which are not specified by the manufacturer. The front camera has a resolution of 32 megapixels.

The Axon 60 Ultra supports the 5G-Advanced cellular standard (known as 5.5G), China Mobile’s new high-speed 5G network offering downlink speeds of up to 10 Gbps and uplink speeds of up to 1 Gbps.

The Axon 60 Ultra boasts a 6,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 80W wired charging. The device is also IP68 water and dust resistant.

It is known that the device is aimed at corporate clients of the brand in the public and commercial sectors. The price of the ZTE Axon 60 Ultra has not yet been revealed.
