Microsoft has finally released the Surface Pro 12. Available worldwide with Intel Panther Lake processors, the business model also features optional cellular connectivity, up to 64GB of RAM, and a 120Hz OLED display.

The new Surface Pro 12, or as Microsoft calls it, the “13-inch Surface Pro for Business,” will be available to business customers starting today, starting at $1,949.99. The base model includes a Panther Lake Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, 16GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and a standard 13-inch PixelSense LCD display. The top-of-the-line Surface Pro 12, with an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, 64GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage, is priced at $4,399.99. Variants with an OLED display and 5G support are also available. The latter starts at $2,249.99 and includes a Core Ultra 5 chip, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.

The design of the Surface Pro 12 remains largely unchanged from the Surface Pro 11. Microsoft retained the same dual USB-C port configuration with Thunderbolt 4 support. The tablet also features a magnetic Surface Connect charging port, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, a 1440p front-facing camera, and a 10MP rear-facing camera with 4K support.
